Review: Lost a star because, the basis of all the advice is centered around a type of mortgage that is not available in Ireland, making it more or less completely irrelevant for the Irish real estate market. Good read though

Review: Absolute trash. Not even worth $5. No industry secrets were revealed at all, nothing was taught. Most of the book ran on as a prologue does to start you off and before you know it your 75% through already. Then comes the instructions or training you're expecting, but it's more like a general understanding of the money making possibilities that real estate can bring you. Then it's over with a nice join my program farewell. Total B.S. the content wouldn't even be enough for 1 chapter in a real book. If it were free i wouldn't complain, but $5 is too much for nothing at all. What a sham...
